We made a last minute trip to SC this weekend. We needed to pick up a van that the Barnett's are giving us for Randy's business...and it worked out well because it was Grandma Debbie's Birthday weekend. I am tired to traveling and am looking forward to staying home for the next 5-6 weeks!
There happened to be a family reunion this wekeend as well. Rody met some more distant relatives on Randy's side...

It was SO HOT! We stripped Rody down and got him wet from the water fountain. The creek was too cold! Rody seemed to enjoy it!
A proud Mama! And we think Rody is learning the word "smile"...he was so consistent with picture taking this weekend. We would say "Rody, smile" and he would give us a big toothless one...precious!
This is Aunt Margaret...one of Rody's Great Papa's sisters....
Little cousin Eli....Eli got baptized on Sunday morning along with another cousin Bailey. We were able to be in attendance for that!
We saw Aunt Alma again...
And Rody met cousin Matt who drove up from Jacksonville, Fl for the weekend...he drove farther than us!
It happened to be the opening weekend of college football. The Barnett household was excited for Clemson vs. Bama...
and here is where we have a moment of blog silence for Clemson...
Okay...so they played terrible and didn't win, but Rody looked cute all decked out...Just wait for a Georgia game!
Uncle Ford bought him a Clemson jersey for the occasion. Randy got the stickers...
And yes, that is a Tiger Paw you see on my cheek...come on people- I had to match the picture!
And Grandma Debbie's birthday!
