One of my old students came by and left a note on the board. Noticed what she said in the top right corner...I'm going to marry your baby when he turns 18!

It made me giggle...and feel a little bit protective...
That's one of the BIG reasons I miss teaching...those sweet little notes that make you feel like the very best teacher in the whole wide world (which you most certainly are), even when they come from big babies instead of the little ones! It might even be more special since they're bigger!
Yep, I agree. No girl is getting her hands on my boy until he's about 30. Can I control that? :)
